Appointments are recommended
(online or by phone) but we will also accept walk-ins if our schedule permits. Certain maintenance jobs can be performed while you wait, but we do also offer local pick up and drop off for customers when needed. Most services are performed the same day.
We are an authorized California State and Emissions Inspection facility. All inspections are performed on our location. All maintenance and service work is performed by certified technicians.

While-you-wait Services Mini Lubrication: This service is made for an exact time and our aim is to have the service completed within 25-45 minutes, depending on make and model of vehicle.
Small Jobs: Replacement of bulbs and other small jobs can also be completed while you wait.
Drop Off Services
Preventive maintenance services:
The smaller 15,000 and 30,000 mile services will be completed the same day. Service performed at 60,000, 90,000, 120,000 miles etc. are normally completed the same day, but because it is more likely that there will be other services needed and authorized there is a chance that we will need the vehicle an extra day.
Brake repairs and other preplanned maintenance work:
Will be completed the same day.
Diagnostic Jobs: Electrical and drive ability problems really depend on how complex the problem is and the availability of parts, once the problem has been diagnosed. Even if we check out a job early in the day and quickly find the problem, it can still be the afternoon before a part arrives. It is best to plan to leave the vehicle for two days, if it is a complex
drivability problem, allow two to three days.
Engine Work: For example, head gasket repair will take between three and five days, depending on the workload of the the machine shop.
Transmission Replacement:
This depends upon availability of the transmission. It can be a same-day repair, or
it may take as long as four or five days if the transmission has to be shipped.
Tires: Tires are finished the same day and sometimes can be
done while you wait. It is best to plan ahead. Call with the tire size required and we will check with the different tire warehouses to offer you maximum choice. If we know what you expect from a tire, for example, tire life, cost, performance, safety, all weather, etc., we can match your requirements and recommend the best tire for your driving style.
Emergencies: We will check out your vehicle as soon as possible.
We can possibly check it the same day, but this depends on when the vehicle arrives, how busy we are and the availability of parts. If it is a small job, like battery replacement, we will complete this the same day. Of course, our recommendation for avoiding the emergency problems is to follow a rigid policy of preventative maintenance.
This way, the possible problems are spotted before you are left stranded on the highway. |
